Position Purpose
The Latam TA Transformation Leader is a strategic role in the Latam Talent Attraction & Acquisition Transformation & Activation Team, responsible for accelerating the evolution of Talent Attraction & Acquisition across Latin America. The role drives the redesign of recruitment operating models, capabilities, and ways of working, ensuring TA remains future-ready, digitally enabled, and aligned with EY business priorities. This position plays a critical role in embedding new tools, AI, data, and innovative delivery models into TA at scale, while strengthening recruiter capabilities and regional consistency.
Key Accountabilities
Lead Latam TA transformation projects, translating TA strategy into regional execution plans.
Drive the integration of AI, automation, and digital solutions across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Redesign recruiter roles, skills, and career paths to support future-of-work and skills-based hiring models.
Define and execute a structured recruiter upskilling and capability development roadmap.
Partner with TA, HR, Technology, and Business leaders to align transformation initiatives with strategic priorities.
Ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency of TA processes across Latam, respecting local market needs.
Act as the Latam point of contact for global and regional TA transformation programs, ensuring disciplined deployment and adoption.
Monitor, measure, and communicate the impact of transformation initiatives using clear KPIs (adoption, efficiency, quality, experience).
Champion change management, communication, and cultural adoption across the TA community.
Regional and Global Collaboration
Work with the Latam Talent Attraction & Acquisition Transformation & Activation Leader and the Latam Talent Attraction & Acquisition Leader to bring the regional strategy to life in Latam.
Collaborate closely with US TA Leaders and the USLI TA Futurist & Head of Transformation to deploy global and regional initiatives in Latam.
Contribute insights and recommendations to global design authorities and governance forums.
Required Experience and Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Transformation, Workforce Strategy, or related fields.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition operations and processes, recruitment technology, AI, automation, and digital TA ecosystems.
Solid knowledge of the Latin American talent acquisition landscape.
Proven experience in project management leading transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
Demonstrated success in workforce and operating model redesign, including skills-based approaches.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.
High data literacy with the ability to leverage insights and analytics to drive decisions.
