Join AXA Partners as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner Team Lead and Shape the Future of Recruitment Are you passionate about recruitment and ready to play a strategic role in talent development? AXA Partners is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner Team Lead to join our team in France on a 7 month fixed term contract. You'll be the strategic advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, driving the delivery of innovative and high-impact recruitment solutions. What youll be doing As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner Team Lead, you'll be at the heart of our recruitment strategy. You'll act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, understanding their hiring needs and workforce priorities. You'll work closely with a team of recruiters, talent sourcers, and TA coordinators, allowing you to focus on stakeholder engagement, workforce planning, and high-impact talent strategies. Your main missions will include: Strategic Talent Partnering Be the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, developing deep partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce priorities. Lead strategic hiring conversations, workforce planning, and talent mapping in collaboration with HR Business Partners and department heads. Advise hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition, including market insights, diversity strategies, assessment methods, and time-to-hire optimization. Delivery Management Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned areas, supported by sourcing specialists, recruiters, and admin staff. Ensure smooth execution of hiring plans, monitoring progress and proactively managing issues or delays. Maintain a strong understanding of active and upcoming roles, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Leadership & Team Oversight Provide day-to-day guidance and support to junior Talent Acquisition team members, including recruiters and coordinators. Participate in team development through mentoring, coaching, and contributing to training initiatives. Support performance feedback, workload allocation, and professional development within the team (line management responsibilities may grow over time). Data & Reporting Use HR & TA dashboards and data to analyze recruitment performance (e.g., pipeline health, time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, recommending process enhancements, and leveraging recruitment technology. Employer Brand & Candidate Experience Champion an excellent candidate experience across all touchpoints. Represent the organization at industry events, career fairs, and networking engagements as a brand ambassador. Collaborate on employer branding campaigns and outreach strategies in partnership with the sourcing teams. What youll bring To succeed in this role, you'll need a unique combination of leadership, client relationship management, and talent acquisition skills. Your skills and experiences will include: Recruitment Leadership Experience: Experience in a leadership role in recruitment or talent acquisition. Client Relationship Management: Strong experience managing client relationships and partnering with senior stakeholders. Team Leadership: Experience providing leadership, coaching, or line management to team members within a talent function. Recruitment Lifecycle: Solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, even if hands-on sourcing is not a primary focus. ATS and Recruitment Platforms: Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday). Communication Skills: Strong communication, influencing, and data storytelling skills. Centralized TA Model: Experience in a centralized TA model with delivery support (e.g., RPO, shared services). Complex Hiring Environments: Exposure to complex or high-volume hiring environments. Language Skills: Business-level English, Spanish, and French. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, LinkedIn Talent Solutions) would be a plus.
