The Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Leader is a dynamic, experienced individual who will play an integral part on the Volume Talent Acquisition Team. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this position will manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners that support hiring efforts for Brokerage Client Services and Workplace Investing Participant Services in Denver, CO and Omaha, NE. As Team Lead you will be a key partner to regional leaders, become an expert on your aligned markets, attract talent to Fidelity, and have responsibility for mentoring and developing recruiters on your team.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 5 plus years of proven success in full cycle recruiting
- Previous management experience, preferred
- Highly developed consultative skills to build strong, long-term relationships with business partners across various levels across the organization with a proactive approach
- Strong expertise in the areas of workforce planning, process improvement and service execution methodologies to meet high level client expectations
- Creative problem solver and teammate who thrives in a collaborative and fast paced environment
- Demonstrable ability to exercise proven judgment in complex situations
- Demonstrated 'executive presence' and ability to effectively present to and interact with senior executives
- Ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency, strong time management and personal organization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels from individual contributors to executives
- Responsible for all aspects of managing a distributed team in a hybrid work environment, including but not limited to team building, performance management, hiring, coaching, professional development, employee relations, and workload balancing
- In partnership with the Leadership team, translating strategic objectives into specific performance goals for team members providing key feedback on a regular basis
- Use deep recruiting knowledge to develop and implement creative hiring strategies to meet hiring goals across multiple labor markets for both active and passive candidates

- Build relationships with clients and key partners to effectively influence and facilitate decisions
The Team
The Volume Talent Acquisition Team is focused on delivering a world-class candidate experience while hiring across two of Fidelitys business units. We are focused on a culture of learning and developing while building strong relationships with candidates and business partners to ensure a positive hiring experience.
The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
