- Extensive experience leading complex service transitions, operating model implementation or transformation delivery in a large, global and matrixed organisation.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and building capability in newly established or evolving delivery environments.
- Strong capability in transition planning, service and process design, and operational implementation, with the ability to balance pace, risk and service continuity.
- Experience assessing current-state services and designing practical, scalable future-state models that improve employee experience and operational performance.
- Strong judgement across sequencing, governance, controls and readiness in complex transformation environments.
- A collaborative, resilient and adaptable approach, with comfort navigating ambiguity and helping shape how work is delivered as the model evolves.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across global, regional and functional teams, including senior leaders.
