- Strong organisation, prioritisation and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail, with confidence preparing clear updates, materials and documentation
- Sound judgement and an ability to understand business context, ask good questions and proactively identify follow-up actions
- Confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, while recognising this is a support and coordination role rather than a program leadership position
- Exposure to tools such as Jira or Confluence would be helpful, but is not essential.
