The Team
You will become part of the Corporate Legal team of approximately 10 lawyers and together you will take on a varied and extensive breadth of work within the Corporate Legal Affairs department.
The Corporate Legal team has responsibility for providing concise, comprehensive legal advice on corporate law and governance related matters including corporate governance, shareholders meetings, annual reports, intra-group transactions, M&A, internal processes, etc.

Role and Responsibilities 

  • determining all of ING Group's corporate governance requirements (Corporate Governance Code, Banking Code and EBA Guidelines);
  • analyzing, mapping and improving the application of legal processes and procedures by ING Group;
  • analyzing and mapping INGs corporate entity history as a basis for future enquiries; and
  • closely cooperate with colleagues with a clear focus on harmonization and knowledge sharing.
