The Head of AI Europe is accountable for leading and scaling Capgeminis AI First agenda across the European region, driving measurable business growth, differentiated client outcomes, and worldclass AI delivery at scale.

This role owns the endtoend European AI transformation lifecycle from market positioning and demand creation to industrialised delivery and value realisation. Working closely with country CEOs, industry leaders, hyperscalers, and Csuite clients, the role ensures AI is consistently embedded across solutions, operating models, and transformation programmes.

A core mandate is to ensure clients experience Capgeminis AI capabilities as a coherent, highvalue European proposition combining strategy, engineering excellence, responsible AI, reusable assets, and delivery rigor to generate predictable, scalable outcomes across all European markets.

This role will work closely with and will also have a report line into the I&D AI global practice, aligning on the global strategy for AI acceleration, and contributing to the success of that strategy in Europe.

Essential Experience

• • Senior leadership experience in AI, digital, cloud, or largescale technology transformation.
  • Proven success leading multicountry or multidisciplinary teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Strong track record of winning and delivering enterprisescale transformation programmes.
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence senior client and partner stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, architectures, engineering practices, and cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead across geographies within a global delivery model.
  • Background in consulting or professional services.
  • Current residence in UK, Spain, Netherlands or Germany

Desirable Experience

• Experience engaging with European regulators or industry bodies.
• Strong understanding of European markets, cultural dynamics, and the technology landscape.
