Full Job Description
We are seeking a senior data and analytics leader to drive enterprise analytics transformation, enabling datadriven decisionmaking and delivering actionable insight on claims performance and cost drivers. The position will lead data and analytics transformation to enable analyticsdriven business operations across claims and costcontainment initiatives. The role focuses on establishing a robust spend cube, surfacing claims trends and cost drivers, tracking performance across three key sources of value, and providing engineering and architecture oversight. Key Responsibilities AnalyticsEnabled Business Operations Define and embed analyticsenabled operating models that translate data into actionable insights for business decisionmaking. Enable consistent measurement and performance tracking across cost, utilisation, and payment integrity initiatives. Spend Cube & Performance Analytics Establish and govern a robust enterprise spend cube to surface claims trends, cost drivers, and utilisation patterns across LoBs. Define and oversee analytics frameworks to track performance across the three agreed sources of value, ensuring transparency and comparability. Engineering & Architecture Oversight Provide strategic oversight on data engineering, analytics architecture, and solution design to ensure scalability, reliability, and consistency. Set standards for data models, pipelines, and analytics assets aligned with enterprise architecture principles. Claims Performance & CrossLoB Insight Provide senior oversight on claims performance analytics across multiple lines of business. Identify systemic drivers of cost, leakage, and variation to inform enterprise priorities and interventions. Performance & KPI Delivery Own delivery of analyticsrelated KPIs, including timeliness, insight quality, adoption, and impact on cost and utilisation outcomes. Ensure analytics investments deliver measurable value in line with approved business cases.
