As the Director, Head of AI, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of AI-enabled investing. Partnering with key teams, you will define the AI strategy, build scalable capabilities, and enhance investment decision-making. Your leadership will drive operational efficiency, improve data governance, and create a competitive edge through innovative product development.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead AI strategy for Asset Management, identifying high-impact opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Technology to build scalable AI platforms and capabilities.
  • Establish responsible AI governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Distribution, Investment, and Product teams.
  • Embed AI into workflows and decision-making processes for improved connectivity.
  • Enhance investment teams with AI-driven research and analytics for portfolio management.
  • Automate core workflows and deploy AI assistants to boost productivity.
  • Improve data quality and accessibility, strengthening compliance and risk detection.
  • Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and training, maximizing impact.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to design next-generation investment offerings.

Qualifications

  • Senior leadership experience in AI, digital transformation, or technology strategy.
  • Prior experience in Asset Management, Investments, or financial services is preferred.
