Job Description

Your Role

The Sr Talent Partner is an integral element of the Talent Acquisition delivery and lateral hiring within IIPL. The person will work with businesses/functions and be the face of talent acquisition for them. In addition to the role of Talent Partner, the person will be required to lead and develop the sourcing team of IIPL. He/she will bring leadership depth & experience to the team and will be responsible for day-to-day TA delivery for their line of business/function.

  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs
  • Lead the sourcing team with the objective of identifying high quality, right fit candidates to ensure hiring within agreed timelines
  • Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates and develop & maintain relationships with passive candidates
  • Execute newer ways of sourcing in talent
  • Monitor sourcing metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, to identify areas for improvement and optimize the overall hiring process
  • Collaborate with data and insights team to report regular updates for the assigned business/functions
  • Works as an interface between businesses & TA team; Invesco & prospective senior candidates.
  • Ensure steady deployment of people

The Experience You Bring

  • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter experience
  • Experience of business interfacing/relationship management and familiarity with local laws and customs in relation to HR/ER
  • Ability to manage and lead local team while supporting global goals.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, set priorities and work both independently and in a team environment
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving, Excel and data management skills
  • Able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels across organization with tact and diplomacy, and with a high level of cultural sensitivity
  • Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through excellent analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
