The Role

Were looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Support Coordinator to provide essential support to our Sales Executives and Relationship Managers.

In this role you will

  • Support the sales team by maintaining, updating, and auditing client and prospect databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity

  • Provide proactive administrative and follow-up support to Sales Executives, enabling them to focus on client engagement and business development

  • Coordinate sales meetings, events, and related logistics, ensuring all activities run efficiently and professionally

  • Collect, track and organise key metrics to support reporting and data-driven insights

  • Assist in preparing client materials, presentations, and internal documentation

  • Build a strong understanding of Vanguards sales goals, relationship management best practices, and investment products and services

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, helping deliver a seamless client experience

  • Contribute to ongoing team initiatives, process improvements, and ad hoc projects

What it takes

  • Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or client-facing role within Asset Management is preferred

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with systems and data

  • A proactive, collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

  • An intellectual curiosity around financial markets, current events and technological advances

  • This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
