As a Sales Support Associate within the Healthcare Payments team at JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team to meet revenue goals by ensuring a smooth client onboarding process. You will balance client needs with firm policies, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and clear communication to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Sales and Account Management teams in achieving annual revenue targets.
- Develop a thorough understanding of InstaMed solutions, products, and processes.
- Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to complete enrollment materials.
- Review, submit, and initiate contracts for underwriting and implementation.
- Manage maintenance tasks for incoming account requests.
- Resolve customer escalations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all relevant activities.
