As an Administrative Associate supporting the Culture, Development, Inclusion & Leadership team, you will play a critical role enabling senior leadership and ensuring operational excellence across the team. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, proactively solves problems, and builds strong relationships across teams and regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendar scheduling for the Global Head of Culture, Development, Inclusion & Leadership and senior leadership team
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including location, materials, and attendance tracking
  • Serve as a key point of contact by answering calls, relaying messages, and ensuring appropriate coverage
  • Arrange domestic and international travel and support department visitors
  • Prepare materials such as presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes
  • Manage office supply inventory and monitor departmental expenditures
  • Follow established processes while exercising judgment to resolve issues and support team efficiency
  • Provide guidance to less experienced administrative staff as needed
  • Support team events, special projects, and other initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years administrative or related experience, preferably in a medium to large size department in a corporate setting.
  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience; Associate's degree or related degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
