About The Role
As Coordinator for the Dow Jones Energy team, you will support the leadership team with daily operations and special projects. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, experience crafting compelling presentations, highly organized, the ability to work independently on projects and must be able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
You Will
Build clear and visually engaging slide decks for internal team updates, high-stakes presentations, and external partner meetings.
Create and maintain an organized contact database to ensure the leadership team has seamless access to key stakeholders and business relationships.
Assist in drafting briefing notes and preparation materials to help leadership stay organized and ready for daily engagements.
Help manage internal messaging and digital channels to keep the Dow Jones Energy team connected and informed.
Provide hands-on support for special initiatives, tracking tasks and deadlines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Deliver reliable administrative and operational support, serving as a go-to resource for the senior leadership team.
Update and maintain detailed spreadsheets to help leadership track metrics and reporting needs.
Proactively identify ways to streamline daily tasks and suggest solutions to help the office run more smoothly.
Handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Successfully manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Must be technologically savvy and interested in/knowledgeable on the latest AI/PM/Email tech to help the leadership team stay efficient
Work from the Barcelona office at least 3 or more days a week, contributing to the teams culture and daily workflow.
You Have
1-3 years of work experience. Corporate experience preferred.
Ability to maintain and handle confidential information with superior judgment and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Zoom, and the Google Suite of products
Ability to manage multiple projects and people simultaneously
