What might it involve?

• Receive mentorship from seasoned professionals
• Work alongside experienced professionals and learn about our organization's operations, culture, and values
• Participate in regular training sessions to help you grow and develop your skills
• Contributes to the execution of control assignments to ensure the quality of Level 1 controls. Learns and assists with the basic elements of report writing.
• Assists in preparing materials for quarterly closing meetings (internal control committees, audit committees, client committees, accounting committees, regulatory committees, as well as risk and compliance committees).
• Provides support in control-related activities, in line with established objectives, through close collaboration with colleagues.
• Reports delays or issues encountered to management, while adhering to internal rules and procedures.

• Students or fresh graduates with Bachelor/Master degree (preferably in finance area);
• No prior work experience needed;
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level) and French (A2 level);
• Desire to learn and start your professional experience in a multinational and multicultural organization;
• Oral and Written communication skills;
• Ability to work within a team;
• Proactive attitude, ambition and enthusiasm.
