Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire de juillet dcembre 2027 (6 mois) au sein de notre dpartement Banque/Finance et plus particulirement pour lquipe intervenant en financement immobilier.
LEQUIPE
Lquipe intervient principalement pour le compte dinvestisseurs, de sponsors, de banques et dinstitutions financires sur la structuration, la rdaction de la documentation et la ngociation de transactions complexes, de financement, refinancement ou de leur restructuration dans le domaine des financements d'actifs (principalement immobiliers), les financements dits corporate (principalement de foncires) et les financements de projets.
Au quotidien, nous conseillons diffrentes institutions financires intervenant en qualit darrangeur et/ou de prteur, ainsi que des fonds dinvestissement, des partenaires industriels et/ou des foncires, intervenant comme sponsors ou investisseurs, lors de la mise en place de financements immobiliers destins des vhicules ddis (SPV), des fonds d'investissement, des foncires, des SIIC, des SCPI et des OPCI.
LE STAGE PROPOSE
Missions
Dans le cadre du stage propos, le/la stagiaire assistera lquipe du dpartement Financement Immobilier dans tous les aspects de la ralisation des dossiers et pourront ainsi tre amens notamment effectuer des recherches juridiques, participer la rdaction ou la leve des conditions pralables la mise en place du financement, rdiger des srets, des contrats de crdit et des avis juridiques, participer des runions de ngociation et, de faon plus gnrale, participer la ralisation des dossiers.
Profil
Le/La stagiaire devra disposer de solides connaissances en droit des obligations, droit des srets et droit bancaire et financier et tre titulaire (ou en cours de scolarit) dun troisime cycle en droit.
La matrise de langlais est imprative.
