VOS MISSIONS

VOTRE PROFIL

Vous tes la recherche dun stage de 6 mois en droit bancaire et financier pour le second semestre 2026, vous tes titulaire du CRFPA et bnficiez d'un excellent parcours universitaire en droit des affaires ventuellement accompagn d'un diplme d'IEP/Ecole de commerce ou/et LLM. Vous disposez galement dun trs bon niveau danglais vous permettant dvoluer aisment auprs de notre clientle internationale.

Vous souhaitez rejoindre une quipe dynamique, dvelopper votre expertise dans un environnement stimulant en travaillant sur des dossiers varis.

Comptences requises :

• Esprit d'analyse et de synthse ;
• Sens de la rigueur et de lorganisation ;
• Une coute active avec une aisance dans la clarification et le partage dinformations ;
• Bon relationnel et excellente communication lcrit comme loral en franais et en anglais ;

YOUR ROLE

Our interns join the legal team to assist the associates, as well as the partners, in assignments related to current cases. In particular. they participate in the drafting of memoranda in French and English, drafting pleadings and also carrying out in-depth legal research.

YOUR PROFILE

You are looking for a 6-month internship in banking and finance Law for the second semester 2026, you have passed the CRFPA (entrance to bar school) exam and have an excellent academic background in business law possibly together with a diploma from an Institute of Political Studies/Business School and/or an LLM. You also have a very good level of English, enabling you to work with ease with our international clients.

You wish to join a dynamic team and develop your expertise in a stimulating environment by working on a variety of files.

• Rigour and organisational skills;
• Active listening and the ability to clarify and share information;
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication in French and English;
