We are seeking a self-driven and analytically strong Senior Workplace Manager to join our ambitious Workplace Management Denmark team. You'll be at the forefront of our continuous workplace transformation, turning data and business knowledge into actionable solutions that support business excellence and create engaging employee experiences.

Meet the Workplace Management Denmark team. Our role is to create workplaces that support business excellence, employee experience and cost efficiency through data-led, insight-driven decisions, working in close collaboration with the Business Areas and Group Functions.


Our team has end-to-end responsibility for Nordea's physical workplaces and related services across HQs and branches. We are moving towards a more data-led, insight-driven and experience-focused workplace model. By 2030, we will deliver spaces that support business excellence and engaging experiences, right place, right size, right terms, data-driven decisions with real impact, unified ways of working and strong partnerships, safe and trusted workplaces, and a high-performing and future-ready organization.

What youll be doing 


 
Main responsibilities in this role:

  • Drive and continuously improve Space Management concepts and solutions across HQs, optimizing space utilization aligned with business needs and workplace strategy
  • Support and develop Activity Based Working (ABW) principles and manage day-to-day space allocation changes within our HQ offices.
  • Translate data and insights into concrete recommendations and scenarios for short- and long-term space planning
  • Facilitate dialogue with business units to understand needs and behavior patterns while ensuring high-quality space-related data
  • Collaborate across Workplace Management frameworks and engage with stakeholders to ensure aligned delivery 
  • Lead the Space Management & Design Coordination Forum consisting of several people & competence areas across Workplace Management and ISS.

This is the right role for you if you thrive in a role that combines analysis, dialogue and execution. You should demonstrate a high level of drive and ownership, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with the ability to translate data and insights into clear recommendations and sound decision material.


 
Your background and skills include: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent as minimum qualification
  • Strong stakeholder and collaboration skills with ability to communicate clearly and convincingly
  • Comfortable working with data and turning insight into action with demonstrated ownership in complex contexts
  • Fluent English and Danish language skills
  • Ability to excel both tactically and with longer-term strategic perspective 


It would be ideal if you also:

  • Have experience within Workplace Management, Facilities Management, Space Management or similar
  • Possess experience with space utilisation, flexible working concepts or workplace behaviour
  • Have project management experience
