About the role 

As a Senior Strategic Project Manager at Realkredit Danmark, you will play a key role in enhancing and developing our business areas in close collaboration with colleagues across Realkredit Danmark and Danske Bank. You will identify opportunities to make buying and owning property simpler and smoother and transform these opportunities into tangible solutions. You will constructively challenge how things are done, bring people together around innovative ideas and work through complexity to deliver results. 

The role demands strong analytical capabilities, a structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to unite and motivate teams across the organisation. You will join a business development team that combines deep business knowledge with a professional, collaborative culture, where we help each other.

About you 

You may come from a consultancy background or have held a similar role in financial services, and you bring a proven track record of driving implementation and achieving results in complex organisations. 

We imagine that you:

• Hold a relevant academic degree, e.g. Cand.Merc, Cand.polit or similar
• Have 6+ years of experience driving strategic projects and implementations
• Are highly analytical and can translate complex issues into clear solutions
• Are comfortable with both strategic and operational tasks and willing to delve into details when necessary
• Have strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire without authority
• Have experience from consultancy or financial services roles
• Are fluent in Danish and English
