Analysis:

  • Analysis of new business opportunities, including market and properties analysis, producing comprehensive reports to enable decision making.

  • Assisting the Head of RE&H Iberia or the RE&H Director structuring a transaction.

  • Preparation of the different documents required for decision making from the early stage of the potential transaction to credit applications for credit risk decision.

  • Modeling for transactions and other business needs; running scenarios on the models and producing outputs including:

Deal cash-flow modelling:

  • Creation of cash-flow transaction models based on standard template models, and

  • Performing sensitivity and scenario analysis

Commercial negotiations /role:

  • Preparation of term sheets and negotiation with the client

  • Review of due-diligences and valuation reports, and

  • Review of facility agreements.

  • Work closely with underwriters to prepare credit memos for team and credit committee review.

The role will provide additional support to the Head of RE&H and RE&H Director:

  • Providing commercial and analytical support on the different transactions and initiatives.

  • Attending and actively contributing to internal and external meetings, and

  • Collecting data for and assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations,


Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience


2-4+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate (CRE) originations
Proven track record of significant origination volume, particularly in conduit deals.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
Good understanding of modelling projections
Ability to analyze main characteristics and risks of the properties that will be financed and the structure of the deal.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under own stream.
Ability of working under pressure.
Strong Office package skills
