- Familiarity with corporate law, contract law, and intellectual property laws

- Bachelors degree with approximately 34 years of relevant in-house legal experience
- Draft, prepare, review, and edit legal documents including NDAs, trials, amendments, license agreements, and demand letters under attorney supervision
- Lead negotiations with clients and third parties to secure favorable contract terms and conditions
- Serve as a single point of contact for processing and tracking legal documents while supporting deal attorneys
- Communicate updates on contract status, modifications, deviations, and completion or termination of agreements
- Advise business units on legal documentation and related processes
- Coordinate correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders as directed
- Prepare research-based reports using public sources and databases on entities and individuals
- Analyze legal issues with a strong sense of ethics and integrity when handling confidential information and provide practical solutions aligned with business goals
