HOURS: Full-time, 35 Hours

As a Legal Administrator, youll be supported to grow and advance through excellent training and progression opportunities.
Full training will be provided to build knowledge of the more technical aspects of the role.
Legal & Secretariat (L&S) is a forward-looking and innovative function, currently undertaking a programme of transformation to become Future Ready. Our Legal Practice Management (LPM) team manages the operational model, modernises processes and data, and supports our lawyers to provide expert legal advice to businesses and functions across the Group.
We are always looking for opportunities to deliver new ways of working across L&S to ensure that we are Future Ready. You'll join the LPM team as a Legal Administrator, working within a group of colleagues supporting our legal teams.
The work will involve a wide range of activities, all with the purpose of ensuring the smooth running and success of the legal teams. These will focus on administration processes, reporting and data management and working closely with our senior team supporting in their day-to-day tasks.
You will also play a key role in our work to make Legal & Secretariat Future Ready. The role offers a varied workload and plenty of opportunity for development.
In this role youll:
Manage and continuously improve business support processes to drive efficiency and consistency across the team
Act as a professional first point of contact for colleagues, handling a wide range of internal and external queries across all levels
Monitor shared inboxes and legal post, triaging incoming work and allocating queries and claims in line with agreed protocols
Maintain accurate records of legal matters, including case setup on PEGA, data management, reporting support, and document retrieval
Provide operational and administrative support to legal teams, including data processing, reporting, supplier contracts, invoicing, and cross-team coordination.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual. Youll need to demonstrate strong organisational skills, plus the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Youll be capable of prioritising your own workload to deadlines without losing your eye for detail.
Youll have the discretion and professionalism necessary to manage the highly confidential matters often dealt with by the legal teams.
Key skills:
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Confident in building relationships and engaging with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, with experience in Power BI desirable, and a willingness to further develop these skills
Adaptable and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn new systems and technologies, (including AI tools such as Copilot) and contribute to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
And any experience of these would be great:
Experience in building and maintain dashboards with Power BI.
