Our people are empowered with both independence and support: the autonomy to pursue ideas with conviction and the backing of a global network committed to collaboration, disciplined risk management and continuous learning. With opportunities to deepen expertise and accelerate development, talent at Millennium is equipped to adapt, evolve and build lasting impact over time. Meet the Team
Core to the health and growth of our business, Millenniums active, multi-manager model depends on flexible, scalable technology and advanced proprietary systems. The Data Center Management team supports that foundation through the global management of data center infrastructure, vendor relationships, and operational spend across on-premise and colocation facilities worldwide, helping maintain accurate systems, strong operational controls, and reliable infrastructure support across regions.

What You'll Do
Raise and manage purchase orders for business-as-usual and project-related data center spend, including hardware, software, colocation, power, and third-party services
Partner with engineering, finance, legal, and external vendors to ensure purchase orders are accurate, approved on time, and aligned with budget requirements
Track purchase orders from creation through goods receipt and invoice matching, proactively resolving discrepancies and maintaining a clear audit trail
Support budget oversight by providing timely spend reporting and visibility into the purchase order pipeline for Data Center Management leadership
Perform goods receipt activities in Oracle for data center deliveries and services, ensuring timely and accurate receipting to avoid invoice holds
Work closely with Accounts Payable and vendors to resolve invoice mismatches, payment queries, and quantity discrepancies, while maintaining accurate Oracle records for contracts and standing orders
Administer the firms DCIM platform, Nlyte, maintaining accurate records for rack layouts, asset locations, power capacity, and connectivity data in partnership with global data center engineers
Produce operational reports and dashboards from Oracle and Nlyte to support capacity planning, audit readiness, vendor oversight, and executive reporting

What You Bring
3+ years of experience in procurement, operations, or business administration, ideally within a technology, infrastructure, or data center environment
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, including purchase order creation and goods receipt processing
Strong understanding of purchase-to-pay processes, with the ability to manage transactions accurately and follow through on exceptions
Experience administering or supporting a DCIM platform, with Nlyte preferred; experience with Sunbird, Device42, or similar tools is also valuable
Strong Excel and Office 365 skills, with the ability to manage data, produce reporting, and support operational decision-making
Strong vendor communication and relationship management skills, with confidence working across internal and external teams
Familiarity with data center infrastructure concepts, including power, cooling, rack space, PDUs, and cabling
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
