We support the Macquarie Capital business in Japan while working closely with regional and global colleagues to deliver consistent compliance outcomes.

You will provide compliance advice, monitoring and oversight to support the business, working closely with front office teams, responding to regulatory enquiries, conducting monitoring and control reviews, and maintaining strong policies, procedures and training programmes. You will also contribute to regional projects and play an active role in strengthening our control environment.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquaries material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
