Responsibilities: Provide sound, practical compliance advice to business units and distribution channels on anti-bribery and corruption, data privacy, AI compliance and FATCA/ CRS requirements Conduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring procedures related to anti-bribery and corruption Develop and deliver communications and training to staff and distributors on regulatory and ethical standards relating to anti-bribery and corruption, data privacy, AI compliance and FATCA/CRS Support the handling and investigation of complaints related to data privacy Manage the monitoring of outsourcing activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and Group standards Perform compliance testing as a 2nd Line, primarily covering anti-bribery and corruption, data privacy and other key compliance risk areas Drive process automation initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of compliance activities Participate in regulatory projects and provide compliance advisory input and guidance Coordinate and manage reporting and assessment requests from Group as required Qualifications: University degree or above At least 5 years relevant compliance experience in the insurance industry with a strong sense of internal control Solid knowledge of insurance products, compliance processes and relevant regulatory requirements Strong skills in delivering training and conducting compliance reviews Strong data analytical skills with experience in digital tools and process automation is an advantage Demonstrated confidence and maturity in communicating and dealing with regulators, senior management and internal stakeholders Proven people management skills, with the ability to motivate the team to deliver excellent results Good command of written and spoken English Self-starter with a proactive and accountable work attitude About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
