- 5-8 years of compliance experience within financial services, ideally including exposure to asset management or private markets environments.
- Strong knowledge of UK and European regulatory frameworks relevant to asset management, with broader global regulatory exposure being beneficial.
- Sound understanding of Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive, Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II and related regulatory requirements, with knowledge of sustainability regulation across the UK and Europe.
- A commercial and pragmatic approach, with the ability to provide clear, outcome-focused compliance advice to a range of stakeholders.
