You will work closely with investment and business teams across EMEA, providing practical and commercially focused advice on regulatory and compliance matters that support strong business outcomes. In this varied advisory role, you will help embed compliance considerations into decision-making, oversee key compliance activities, contribute to monitoring and regulatory change initiatives, and translate evolving regulatory requirements into clear and actionable guidance. You will also partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen risk awareness, deliver training and support a culture of accountability and compliance across private markets activities.

  • 5-8 years of compliance experience within financial services, ideally including exposure to asset management or private markets environments.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and European regulatory frameworks relevant to asset management, with broader global regulatory exposure being beneficial.
  • Sound understanding of Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive, Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II and related regulatory requirements, with knowledge of sustainability regulation across the UK and Europe.
