- Proven experience in a Cyber and Technology Risk Management, Cybersecurity Governance, or a related cyber and technology-centric role
- Experience in a risk management (Line 1 or 2), assurance, or audit function, preferably within financial or professional services
- A strong grasp of operational risk management principles and their application to cyber and technology related
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence effectively across different levels of the organisation, and build relationships and internal networks across Groups
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify key risks, form an independent view and challenge stakeholders on their management of risk as required
- Risk management experience across other non-financial risk domains (e.g. Supplier, Data, Resilience) is a bonus.
