What role will you play?

As the Transformation Program Manager, you will own program management for a large, multi-workstream people transformation. You will help turn strategic priorities into coordinated delivery, ensuring the program is well-resourced, financially disciplined, clearly prioritised and measured against outcomes.
In this role, you will work closely with workstream leads, the Transformation Office and senior stakeholders to keep the program focused on what matters most and provide clear visibility of progress, risks and realised benefits. You will bring structure to planning and prioritisation, make trade-offs and dependencies visible, and help leadership make informed decisions as the transformation evolves. You will also oversee program resourcing and financials, support governance and benefits realisation, and ensure reporting remains outcome-focused and decision-ready.

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale transformation or enterprise programs, with some exposure to delivery in the people and culture, talent or HR domain
  • Strong background in program planning, financial tracking and benefits management
  • Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability, particularly around cost, value and trade-offs
  • Deep experience with OKRs, metrics and outcome-based reporting
  • Ability to synthesise complex information into clear insights for senior leaders
