- Extensive experience managing large-scale transformation or enterprise programs, with some exposure to delivery in the people and culture, talent or HR domain
- Strong background in program planning, financial tracking and benefits management
- Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, particularly around cost, value and trade-offs
- Deep experience with OKRs, metrics and outcome-based reporting
- Ability to synthesise complex information into clear insights for senior leaders
