Job Profile Summary

Leads change management and communications for the Workplace AI team, partnering with the Business Management Office (BMO) and the enterprise change management team to drive crew adoption of Workplace Engineering platform changes. Applies functional change management expertise to translate technical platform updates into clear communications, training, and end-user documentation that keep crew informed and ready as the platform evolves.

Core Responsibilities

Develops, implements, and monitors master change and communication plans for Workplace Engineering platform changes and multi-year Workplace AI initiatives. Builds a crew engagement approach including readiness assessments and feedback loops and secures leadership buy-in across Digital Workplace and partner teams.

Builds a working understanding of the overall Workplace Engineering technology platform so platform changes can be translated into clear, audience-appropriate communications that explain to crew what is changing, why, and what they need to do.

Partners closely with the BMO and the existing enterprise change management team to align Workplace AI communications, methods, and timing with established change management standards and the broader portfolio of initiatives.

Develops and delivers training that helps crew adopt new platform capabilities and AI-enabled tools, coordinating delivery with subject-matter experts across the engineering teams.

Creates and maintains end-user documentation including knowledge base (KB) articles and content on the Digital Workplace (DW) SharePoint site keeping it accurate and current as the platform changes.

Communicates change management status, milestones, and issues regularly to stakeholders, including engineering leaders, team members, and senior managers. Serves as a trusted advisor on change best practices and common adoption obstacles.

Builds and maintains effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders, proactively fostering two-way communication and influencing key decisions across stakeholder groups.

Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates change-related risks and issues, and develops measurement processes that track adoption, readiness, and communication effectiveness.

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of five years of related work experience, including three years of business transformation and/or change management experience.

  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience required; graduate degree preferred.

  • Experience translating technical or platform changes into clear communications and training for non-technical audiences.

  • Hands-on experience authoring end-user documentation KB articles, intranet/SharePoint content, or similar.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR/Prosci or Kotter.

  • Experience supporting technology or IT transformation programs and working alongside a BMO or program/change office.

  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

  • Prosci Change Management, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
