- Experience supporting project, programme, or portfolio delivery activities, with an understanding of governance, reporting, risk management, and project coordination practices
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate inputs from diverse stakeholders, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working with project management and collaboration tools, such as JIRA and Confluence, including maintaining data quality, producing reports, and supporting consistent ways of working
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify trends or issues, and contribute to portfolio planning, reporting, and financial tracking activities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prepare clear updates, collaborate across teams, and support reporting for senior management audiences
