- 3-6 years experience in operational risk, audit or a related non-financial risk discipline within a financial services or professional services environment
- Understanding of operational risk frameworks and tools such as risk and control self-assessments and scenario analysis, with the ability to apply these in practice
- Exposure to areas such as technology risk, cyber risk, artificial intelligence risk or data and information security risk
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
- Proven organisational and problem-solving capability, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
