What role will you play?

As an Associate Manager, you will partner with colleagues across our Treasury business to deliver operational risk advice and support risk-related projects. You will support the risk approval process, contribute to risk and control improvements, and work closely with stakeholders to assess and monitor risk performance. Your input will help shape robust risk management practices and enable teams to navigate a dynamic environment.
What you offer

- Experience across Operational Risk Management across either Treasury or Regulatory Reporting functions or other relevant areas
- Strong understanding of operational risk management practices and frameworks, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing risk
- Understanding of Treasury functions including prudential requirements, and regulatory reporting activities is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Attention to detail and the ability to approach challenges strategically and creatively
- Proven experience in building and influencing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
