Join our Corporate Operations Group, which provides specialist services across operations, technology, workplace infrastructure, human resources and business management. Within Commodities and Global Markets, our Commodity Markets and Financing Operations team supports the physical commodities business in Singapore and helps deliver efficient and controlled operational outcomes for our customers and stakeholders.

What role will you play?

You will support key operational activities for our physical commodities business and its customers across Singapore, including preparing and reviewing customer contracts, invoices and shipping documentation, monitoring financial obligations, and supporting settlement and payment activities.

You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage Letters of Credit transactions and ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, policies and controls.

What you offer

  • 3+ years of experience in import and export Letters of Credit transactions, ideally within banking operations and physical commodity trading support
  • Experience handling Letters of Credit activities, including issuance, advising, document examination and presentation
  • Familiarity with relevant SWIFT message types
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, build effective relationships and work within a controlled operational environment.
