You will support senior leaders within Macquarie Capitals Growth and Technology (MCGT) team, a dynamic and fast-paced business focused on innovative, high-growth sectors. This role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders, deal activity, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to a highly visible and collaborative team environment.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 4 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

You will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing high-level executive support across calendar management, travel coordination, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in enabling the teams efficiency by coordinating meetings, supporting deal-related activity, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires 4 days per week in the New York office.

Salary range for this position: $95,000 - $105,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. You can further read about the full spectrum of benefits we offer our people listed below.

  • Proven experience providing high-level executive support, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of agendas and materials for senior leadership discussions.
  • Strong capability in planning and executing meetings, events, and offsites, with expertise in multi-time zone scheduling and coordination of domestic and international travel in line with company policies.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a central point of contact across executives, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely follow-up.
  • Solid operational and administrative skills, including inbox management, drafting professional communications, supporting reporting and presentation materials, and tracking deliverables to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Experience managing expenses, invoices, and reimbursements with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal policies, maintaining organized records, and upholding financial and regulatory standards.
