- A bachelors degree or 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to manage high volumes, juggle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
- Strong stakeholder and customer focus, with a track record of building relationships and managing expectations
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail; able to work independently and escalate issues clearly
- Adaptable and quick to learn, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience in HR onboarding and process improvement initiatives
