Join our Human Resources team at Macquarie and play an important role in our candidate onboarding journey. As a key member in the team, youll help us make sure our new starters are ready from day one and that they have a fantastic experience along the way.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

Your responsibilities will involve onboarding tasks such as preparing and issuing global employment contracts, coordinating with the recruitment team and candidates to facilitate the onboarding process, maintaining HR systems, and responding to inquiries through email and phone. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams across data management, payroll, HR and more.

  • A bachelors degree or 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes, juggle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
  • Strong stakeholder and customer focus, with a track record of building relationships and managing expectations
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail; able to work independently and escalate issues clearly
  • Adaptable and quick to learn, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience in HR onboarding and process improvement initiatives
