Join our People & Culture Division within the ANZ Employee Relations team as an Employee Relations Adviser, supporting the delivery of employee relations advisory services across Macquarie.

This role is a 12-month contract.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will provide pragmatic, commercially focused and risk-aligned advice on a broad range of employee matters. You will partner closely with Employee Relations Consultants, People & Culture Partners and business stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality employee relations outcomes in line with Macquaries policies, frameworks and regulatory obligations.

You will manage standard matters end-to-end and play a key role in ensuring governance, consistency and compliance, while appropriately escalating complex or higher-risk issues. You will support investigations, processes and documentation, in addition to advising on performance, misconduct, grievances and restructures. You will support employee relations transformation initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • 24 years' Employee Relations or Human Resources experience 
  • Strong employment law awareness
  • Sound judgement, and ability to manage sensitive matters
