- 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst within financial services; experience within Private Markets is highly advantageous
- Experience in an agile environment, with hands-on use of Jira and Confluence, and preferably exposure to working in cross-disciplined teams and across global time zones
- Adept at gathering business requirements directly from end users and translating them into clear, well-documented user stories; comfortable with supporting user acceptance testing; and able to contribute ideas for new platform features
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging a wide range of internal stakeholders
- Analytical and problem solving skills; exposure to data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel and Power BI is advantageous, as is an interest in how AI-enabled solutions can improve investment operations
