**Business Analyst - People & Culture Transformation** Our global financial services group seeks a Business Analyst to drive transformation in our People & Culture function. - 3+ years experience working as a Business Analyst or in a related role, ideally within People & Culture or a similar function
- Ability to support requirements activities, including gathering information, documenting requirements, and working with stakeholders to help translate business needs into practical solutions
- Exposure to process analysis, including helping map current and future state processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid ways of working, and experience using tools such as Jira or Confluence to support team delivery and collaboration
- Strong attention to detail, a proactive and curious mindset, and the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
