- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst, typically with more than five years working in transformation programmes or complex change environments
- Proven ability to lead requirements activities from start to finish, including gathering, analysing, documenting, and tracking requirements, and translating business needs into practical solutions that consider technology and data impacts
- Experience applying process analysis and business architecture approaches, including mapping current and future state processes, identifying capability gaps, and ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and operating model design
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from business teams to subject matter experts and technology partners
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments, using work management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence to support alignment and delivery
- A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail, an outcomes-driven approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence.
