This team drives the effective operation of committees, providing structured secretariat and governance support for Risk Management Groups key risk committees, including Macquaries Executive Risk Committees, with key stakeholders across Macquarie and its Non-Financial Risk Divisions.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will help coordinate and manage key risk committees, including those focused on board and management level risk reporting. You will assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating papers, and capturing clear and accurate meeting notes and actions. You will also support the maintenance of governance documentation and ensure materials are consistent, well-structured, and delivered on time. Working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider team, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day committee operations.
