- 3-5+ years experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, consulting, risk management, regulatory environments or similar industries, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience reviewing current processes, identifying improvement opportunities and documenting future-state processes and business requirements
- Experience translating business needs into practical technology solutions and supporting initiatives involving artificial intelligence, automation, data, analytics or workflow improvement
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to build alignment, manage competing priorities and influence outcomes across diverse teams
- A proactive and risk-aware approach, complemented by strong attention to detail and experience working within governance, compliance, data privacy or information security frameworks; experience with data analysis, prototyping or AI-assisted development tools would be highly regarded.
