- 7+ years' experience in delivery leadership, agile programme management, or a similar role, with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in complex organisations
- Strong experience working across business and technology teams, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively with senior leaders
- A practical understanding of agile delivery approaches and the ability to adapt ways of working to suit different teams, priorities, and levels of maturity
- Experience delivering governance, risk, regulatory, digital transformation, data, or artificial intelligence initiatives, ideally within financial services or another highly regulated environment
- Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and drive outcomes using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
