/ About The Role
We are looking for a Legal Operations Assistant to support Japan Legal team. In this role, you will provide support for Legal Counsels. You will receive clear guidance and support from the team. / Role Responsibilities
You will support the team across a range of administrative and coordination tasks, including:
Organising and filing documents in digital and paper formats
Checking documents for completeness, formatting, and basic accuracy
Supporting seal workflows
Obtaining corporate registry (, ) from the Legal Affairs Bureau
Coordinating and adjusting schedules for meetings and internal discussions
Editing and formatting simple documents
Assisting with basic corporate secretarial errands
Providing general administrative support to the Japan Legal team
Supporting light translation-related tasks such as comparison, retyping, or formatting
/ Qualifications
