We have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our Human Resources (HR) team, which will allow a student to gain an ideal foundation for a career in HR. The apprentice will join the People Services & Solutions (PSS) team, and will support the delivery of HR operational services across the employee lifecycle. The role is designed as a learningfirst position, combining practical experience in a global HR environment with academic training delivered by a French educational institution.

Eligibility

To be eligible you should be either on track to enter a masters degree in 2026 or currently enrolled in a master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Management, or a related field.

What you will do

This apprenticeship provides handson exposure to HR administration, service delivery, data management, and process excellence, while progressively building autonomy and professional skills.

Under the guidance of experienced manager, the apprentice will:

  • Support HR operational and administrative activities across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire)

  • Assist with:

    • Employee onboarding and offboarding processes

    • Workforce administration and employee data updates

    • Preparation and coordination of HR documentation (contracts, amendments, certificates)

    • Employee lifecycle events (role changes, working time changes, personal data updates)

  • Support case handling via HR systems and ticketing tools (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow)

  • Ensure accuracy and quality of data in compliance with internal policies and GDPR requirements

  • Respond to employee queries in a professional and serviceoriented manner

  • Collaborate with other People Functions (e.g., Benefits, Talent), Payroll to support processes and administrative tasks

  • Contribute to process documentation, standardisation, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support the use of digital tools and AIenabled solutions within People Services & Solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality

  • Actively participate in training sessions, learning programmes, and Early Careers activities
