As a Senior Product Associate in Payments -Receivables Online, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.


 

Job responsibilities

 

  • Partner with Product Managers to identify opportunities through customer, market, and user research.
  • Support product strategy, roadmap development, and feature prioritization using data-driven insights.
  • Write requirements, epics, and user stories to drive product delivery.
  • Analyze product performance, revenue trends, and key business metrics.
  • Lead agile execution, including backlog management, sprint planning, and releases.
  • Collaborate across Technology, Operations, Sales, Service, and Implementations to drive alignment.
  • Manage product communications, documentation, and monthly billing certification.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand needs and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay current on FinTech, Receivables trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Utilize agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence to support product development.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Experience in product deployment processes
  • Excellent time management and is a self-starter with the ability to deliver results on-time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
