We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Product Payments Manager.

Youll be responsible for managing a set of receivables and payables products for UK CMB, and driving the growth, innovation, and sustainability of these products.

In this role you will:

  • To develop a new proposition and gain approvals to launch in the UK
  • Once live, ensure the payments product is managed effectively in relation to product risk and associated controls, including end-to-end ownership of the product customer experience.
  • Working with front line colleagues to drive payment solutions and volumes to the right customers
  • Focus on the digitalization of payment solutions, identifying initiatives that help customers to move to more cost effective and automated payment and receivable solutions
  • Implement the GPS strategy at a payments product level, focusing on sales enablement, growth, customer experience and digitalisation
  • Identify process improvements across the product lifecycle
  • Take on a senior role within the product team and provide coaching and direction where required

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience of progressive and broad-based commercial banking and product management, business planning and financial management experience or equivalent.
  • Strong background in banking products, especially payments and receivables
  • Strong communications, analytical, organizational, project management and planning skills.
  • Working knowledge and keen understanding of bank operations, payment systems and technology.
  • Technical aptitude related to processes, systems and operational models
  • Customer-centric approach to product management and product development
  • Being comfortable with change, ongoing re-prioritization and semi-structured environments
  • Managing a range of stakeholders including risk stewards and product colleagues
