Job Description

As a Senior Associate within the Workforce Center of Excellence, you will support transformation of workforce planning and analytics capabilities by partnering with business stakeholders and agile delivery teams. You will help enhance and maintain capacity planning solutions supporting Home Lending and Operations teams, translating needs into well-defined Jira epics/stories and supporting delivery across data, application, and reporting layers.

You will have a keen understanding of the forecasting process, the various budgetary and regulatory cycles, and aim to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency. You will understand the need of Finance and through your ability and passion to think beyond existing data and processes, you will use both existing and cutting edge forecasting solutions to empower the team to create timely and accurate forecasts.

  • Support agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, demos, retros) and work day-to-day with scrum teams to drive execution and remove blockers.
  • Contribute to solution design by collaborating with technology leads and engineers; produce lightweight design/requirements artifacts to support implementation.
  • Coordinate with upstream/downstream application and data teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment, data quality, and operational readiness.
  • Help deliver automation that reduces manual operational overhead in workforce capacity planning workflows and related reporting.
  • Support onboarding and integration of capacity planning models into web-based tools, partnering with Mortgage servicing & production teams.
  • Build and validate SQL-based reporting/prototypes to enable productivity and performance analysis, and assist with troubleshooting data issues.
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to trace issues to root cause across data, application, and process layers.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and data concepts; ability to collaborate effectively with full stack developers.
  • Hands-on SQL skills; understanding with stored procedures (e.g., PL/SQL or similar) and debugging/query optimization fundamentals.
  • Understanding of modern UI concepts and ability to partner with frontend engineers; exposure to ReactJS or similar frameworks.
  • Understanding of modern data platforms and tooling, including Databricks and general data/analytics ecosystems.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills; client-service mindset and ability to deliver within tight timelines.
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
