As a Program Management Associate in Global Program Management, you will be responsible for the following job responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
Analysis: Elicit, document, and translate Finance business requirements into functional specifications; develop/review the end-to-end operating model; define requirements for controlled reference data migration and the setup of legal entities and product system feeds into the target Finance environment.
Testing: Partner with the Program Test Manager to create the test strategy, plans, scripts, and data; ensure requirements and operating model are fully validated; drive resolution of issues identified during testing.
General: Coordinate project and migration activities with Business Lead and Project Manager; support training delivery; identify and manage risks; maintain up-to-date documentation in the project repository; manage and coach junior BAs.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Finance domain & platforms: Solid understanding of Finance functions, end-to-end processes, and how Finance requirements translate into technology/platform outcomes.
Regional operating model: Working knowledge of regional Finance operating model and key process flows, including governance and stakeholder touchpoints. basic understanding of line-of-business systems, middle-office operations, and adjacent products/solutions.
Program/project management capability: Practical project lifecycle experience (planning, governance, controls, RAID management, status reporting) & understanding of delivery best practices.
Business analysis strength: Proven analytical skills: requirements gathering, documentation, operating model/process analysis, and translating needs into clear deliverables.
Stakeholder management & networking: Ability to build relationships and influence across Finance, Operations, and Technology; effective collaboration in a matrixed environment.
Competencies:
Finance & accounting acumen: Controllers mindset, financial reporting impacts & controls awareness
Testing & implementation leadership: Test strategy support, UAT coordination, defect triage, cutover readiness
Data & systems literacy: understanding data flows, reference data, reconciliations, upstream/downstream feeds, basic SQL/Excel where relevant
Communication & documentation: Crisp written updates, meeting facilitation, executive-ready status reporting, controlled documentation
Risk & issue management: Identify/assess/mitigate risks; problem solving; control-minded delivery
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Accounting or PM qualification advantageous
Partner with Finance partners to translate requirements into specs, build cross-functional relationships, and lead end-to-end delivery.
