Job Description

The Program Manager will lead and oversee multiple digital transformation programs across clients, ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams, stakeholder engagement, and delivering value through digital solutions (e.g., cloud, data, AI, customer experience platforms, and agile transformation).

1. Program Leadership & Delivery

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital programs across multiple workstreams.
Ensure alignment of program objectives with client business goals and digital strategy.
Drive program governance, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

2. Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary interface for senior stakeholders (client executives, sponsors, internal leadership).
Provide regular updates on program health, risks, and financials.

3. Financial & Commercial Management

Manage program budgets, forecasts, revenue tracking, and profitability.
Ensure adherence to contract terms, SOWs, and commercial commitments.
