You will partner closely with senior Human Resources leadership and influence decisions that strengthen organizational health, governance, and the employee experience. This is a high-impact role for a structured problem-solver who enjoys turning strategy into execution.

As a Vice President, Human Resources Strategy and Transformation at JPMorganChase within Human Resources for France and European Union (EU) Countries, you will own a portfolio of country and regional Human Resources strategy and transformation initiatives. You will act as a trusted partner to the Head of Human Resources and the regional leadership team, translating strategic priorities into structured analyses, recommendations, and implementation plans. You will use workforce data, analytics, and market insights to identify opportunities, inform decisions, and drive measurable outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Human Resources, France and EU Countries to define priorities and deliver strategic initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional projects that address key people, talent, and organizational challenges across the EU franchise
  • Apply structured problem-solving to develop clear, actionable recommendations and decision options
  • Gather, synthesize, and analyze workforce data, benchmarking, and cost inputs to inform leadership decisions
  • Support workforce planning, Human Resources operating model assessments, and governance activities aligned to regulatory expectations
  • Translate analyses into clear strategies, implementation roadmaps, and high-quality deliverables
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and materials for senior leadership forums and decision making
  • Monitor Human Resources trends, talent dynamics, and market developments to inform strategy and planning
  • Coordinate across Human Resources, business leaders, and regional teams to align stakeholders and drive execution

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in a problem-solving role (for example, management consulting, Human Resources strategy, corporate strategy, or human capital advisory), including some people management experience
  • Strong analytical capability, including applying quantitative approaches and interpreting complex datasets
  • Proven ability to translate insights into clear recommendations and practical execution plans
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including building executive-level presentations
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation tools (for example, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with automation tools (for example, Alteryx) and familiarity with large language model (LLM) tools

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience supporting senior Human Resources leadership or working within a country or regional Human Resources environment
  • Exposure to Human Resources strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, or Human Resources transformation work
  • Experience in financial services or a highly regulated environment
  • Management consulting experience focused on people, talent, or organizational topics
